What Causes stress for you?

There can so many causes of stress in peoples lives today. But because we are individuals with different life experiences, personalities were we live, your line of work etc., it varies from person to person.So not only will some people experience stressful situations that others might not but also some people will be incredibly stressed out over a situation that another isn’t nearly as upset over.Basically there are two causes of stress. Internal factors and external factors.External factors are things that happen to us, circumstances of life.Internal factors are how we perceive the situation, and in turn how we react to it.If two people were to end a long relationship with their partner, it can be perceived as a stressful time in their life or a chance to move on. One person may be distraught because of the break up. They may be fearful that they’ll never find a lover like them again, which is a cause of stress in and of itself.The other person may see it as an opportunity to move on and see what else is out there.
